Sadie’s Story – Lyme Disease
In adolescence, Sadie was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and OCD. By age thirteen, she was already taking five medications to control her OCD symptoms. She also began to experience digestive issues, shooting pains in her body, fatigue, anxiety and brain fog.
Before arriving at Sponaugle Wellness Institute, Sadie’s doctors had concluded that her tics and obsessive-compulsive behavior were genetic.
Sadie was treated at Sponaugle Wellness after three years of failed OCD treatment. Today, Sadie feels “happier and better” than she has in years!
While she would have never expected herself to be a spokesperson for healthy living, she is now telling people that they have the capacity and opportunity to get better like her.
